And while it’s natural to seek input from people we trust, friends and colleagues may not always have the tools (or emotional bandwidth) to help us unpack the deeper dynamics at play. A Bias Disruption Session offers a structured, judgment-free space to explore a specific DEI or social justice-related challenge. Whether you're preparing for a difficult conversation, working through a professional decision, or reflecting on a recent situation, you'll be supported by a skilled coach who can help you process with intention, insight, and care. Our approach is grounded in adult learning and behavior research, and informed by anti-oppressive practice. You’ll receive compassionate accountability and constructive feedback rooted in: - A nuanced understanding of social identity, systemic power, and privilege - A commitment to reducing harm—especially to non-dominant and marginalized communities - A focus on personal and professional alignment with your values and goals This isn’t just a place to vent—it’s a space for strategic, reflective problem-solving.
